Problem

Role: Product Designer

When I started working on the MageNative Dashboard, the user experience was overly complex. Users had to navigate through multiple accordion elements just to access and edit components, which made the process unintuitive and time-consuming. The core issue was that the layout did not surface important actions and settings upfront — everything was hidden within layers, leading to friction and confusion. I raised these concerns directly with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, emphasizing the importance of making the experience more accessible and seamless — users should feel like everything they need is readily available “on the plate,” not buried in accordions. However, due to prior development investments and stakeholder reluctance to allocate additional budget, a complete redesign was not feasible.

Solution

Sellers struggle to manage multiple marketplaces through different tools, leading to disconnected workflows, high maintenance costs, and no unified view of their operations. This creates complexity, errors, and slows down growth.

My Role

I collaborated closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the project goals. Based on these insights, I designed wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes. I played a key role in shaping core sections like Warehouse Mapping and Attribute Mapping, helping define features and user workflows. After finalizing the designs, I worked with the development team to hand off assets, extract components, and address any implementation challenges. I also coordinated with the content team to refine in-product messaging—leveraging tools like ChatGPT to enhance clarity and consistency.

It’s about time for a live page builder, with no limits of design. A page builder that delivers high-end page designs and advanced capabilities, never before seen on WordPress.
